Everything I 3D Printed for My Dollhouse Home Gym
Ever since I started building my dream dollhouse, I knew exactly where I wanted to begin. Health and wellness has always been a huge part of my life, so it only made sense that the very first room I tackled would be one that set that tone for the whole house: a home gym. This tiny 1:12 scale space had to capture everything I love about working out in real life, modeled and printed piece by piece. Here is everything I 3D printed to bring it to life.

Dumbbell Set (3, 5, 7, 9 lb)
No home gym is complete without a full set of dumbbells, so I modeled and printed mine in 3, 5, 7, and 9 lb sizes. I finished each one by hand, painting the heads a metallic silver and leaving the indented weight number in black so it stays crisp and easy to read, just like the real thing.
Slanted Weight Rack
To keep the dumbbells organized (and looking like they belong in a real gym), I designed a weight rack with the shelves set at a slight slant. It is a small detail, but it makes the whole display feel far more realistic.
Kettlebells (10, 15, 20 lb)
I use an adjustable kettlebell in my own workouts, so I used it as inspiration for a miniature set in 10, 15, and 20 lb weights. Adding kettlebells to the lineup rounds out the strength training equipment in this little gym.
Arched Mirror (3 x 5.5 in)
Every gym needs a mirror, so I created a 3 x 5.5 inch arched mirror using these high quality mirror sheets. Cutting the arch by hand took some patience, but it gives the room that polished, boutique gym feel.
Weight Bench
Because no gym is complete without a weight bench, this piece was non negotiable. It anchors the room and helps everything else feel properly scaled.
Yeti Water Bottle
Even mini me needs to stay hydrated. I modeled a Yeti water bottle after my very own, matching the shape and proportions down to the small details.
If you want to bring these pieces into your own dollhouse, you can find the printable files in my STL Shop or grab the finished, hand painted pieces from my Physical Exclusive Drops shop.
Build alongside us in Lina’s Dollhouse Collective
If this build feels lonely, that is exactly what the Collective is for. Lina’s Dollhouse Collective is the Facebook group where we share ideas, put the free tools to work as part of our process, and cheer each other on through every glued finger and crooked shingle.
Inside the group you can ask the questions you do not want to post publicly, show off a build at any stage (the messy ones too), and pick up tricks the rest of us learned the hard way. We talk scale, paint, wiring, sourcing, kits, scratch builds, and yes, snack recommendations for long glue-drying breaks.
Bring your tools. Bring your scale ruler, your color palette, and your scale conversions. Bring your wins and your roadblocks. We will meet you there.
